Food Allergens - International Regulatory Chart

This database of food allergen labeling regulations is provided through the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program (FARRP) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Department of Food Science and Technology. The FARRP faculty and staff have made every effort to provide complete and accurate information on international food allergen labeling regulations. Such information can be difficult to ascertain in part because it is almost always in the language of each country. We welcome any suggestions for additions or corrections, contact us here. We rely upon and are appreciative of user input.
