Capstone Nutrition provides turnkey services for dietary supplement customers, from formulation, to manufacturing, to packaging, to shipping. We are committed to delivering superior quality products through innovation, formulation, execution and compliance.

Capstone Nutrition produces capsules, tablets and powder formulations to include effervescent, direct dose and liquid soluble.

Capstone Nutrition’s process and timelines are estimated as follows:

In-House review for capabilities – within 48 hours
Signed NDA – TBD by Customer
RFI (Request for Information) form received for each product - TBD by Customer
RFQ Process (Request for Quote) – Approx. 3-10 working days, depending on product specifications
Financial/Credit Application Approval – generally 2 days
Product Development, site visit and packaging specifications confirmed – 2 to 6 weeks generally
PO Submission – TBD by Customer
The following production timelines are dependent on material availability and product type:
Approx. 60 days for powders
Approx. 75 days for tablets/capsules
Approx. 90 days for softgels/liquid capsules
Other types will assume 90 days

Capstone Nutrition’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5000 finished goods units for the initial run and the commitment to produce 3 – 4 times per year.

Upon contracting service with Capstone Nutrition, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed between your company and Capstone Nutrition protecting both parties from sharing any information regarding products and practice.

Exterior packaging options include solid dose bottles, solid dose sachets, blister cards, powder stick packs, single serve powder packets, and gusseted bags for powder, canisters and jugs for powders, and super sack bulk bags. Bottles have the option of a full shrink sleeve, neck band, shrink label and bottle label. Products can be placed in cartons or bundled.

Capstone Nutrition considers this type of request as a toll request. These requests will be reviewed individually to determine feasibility as well as profitability.

Capstone Nutrition produces product for global markets. After meeting individually, qualifications will be determined

Capstone Nutrition can manufacture products to rigourus certifications and regulations, including Kosher, Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian, Organic, Gluten-free, Non-GMO, NSF and TGA, to name a few. 

Capstone Nutrition allows scheduled tours for prospective customers after initial communication has been established with a sales representative and the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed.
